License timing, renewals & additional rights
- One brand's agreed Instagram and TikTok accounts only. Start and end dates are confirmed in writing before use, after payment.
- The license runs for consecutive calendar days from the agreed first-use date. Pausing ads does not pause or extend the license.
- When the term ends, stop ads and remove or archive licensed organic posts unless an extension has been agreed and paid for. Renewals are quoted before expiry; there is no automatic renewal.
- Ads from my creator accounts (including Spark Ads or partnership ads), website or email use, other platforms, raw footage, exclusivity and perpetual use require a separate quote and agreement.
- Video usage licenses cover the agreed finished assets. Additional edits or new versions are quoted separately. Brand ad spend is not included.

PR gifts: Products sent without an agreed collaboration are accepted for consideration, with no guaranteed post, review, or content delivery.
Select gifted collaborations: I consider product-for-content partnerships on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product, its value to me, and how well it fits my interests and content. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Any content deliverables, posting requirements, and usage rights must be agreed upon in advance.
